Lady Gaga is apparently being eyed to star in Zoolander 2.
Ben Stiller, who will reprise his role as dim-witted model Derek Zoolander, wants the Poker Face singer to play the love interest in the comedy sequel, reported The Sun.
A source told the paper: "Gaga is top of their wishlist. She has the talent and attitude - and an amazing sense of humour."
Owen Wilson, who will return to portray fellow model Hansel McDonald, previously said in 2010: "Gaga has to be in it."
Ben, who directed, co-wrote, co-produced and starred in the 2001 dark comedy, has already confirmed that he has completed the script for the Zoolander sequel.
"I am very proud of the script," he told The Hollywood Reporter of the screenplay, which he co-wrote in 2010 with Tropic Thunder co-writer Justin Theroux.
"There were maybe 20, 30 drafts, and at one time I walked away from it and they had somebody else rewrite it and they were going to do it without me, which was kind of ironic. Then it came back around."
The story is said to pick up 10 years after the first film left off with Derek's School For Kids Who Can't Read Good destroyed.
Kate Moss, Kate Upton, Heidi Klum and Adriana Lima could also be making appearances in the upcoming follow-up, which is expected to start filming in 2013.
