Sam Taylor-Johnson has revealed that she has cast husband Aaron Taylor-Johnson in the Fifty Shades Of Grey movie.

When Sam, 47, was confirmed to be directing the big screen adaptation of EL James' hit erotic novel, it immediately sparked speculation her husband Aaron, 23, would star as romantic hero Christian Grey.

But the Godzilla star quickly ruled himself out of the running, insisting he was too young to play the handsome billionaire with a taste for bondage.

Now Sam has revealed Aaron - who she met when she directed him in 2009 John Lennon biopic Nowhere Boy - will appear in the film in another role.

Access Hollywood asked Sam on the red carpet at the premiere of Godzilla: "Have you found a way to get Aaron in the movie?"

She replied: '"Actually I have."

But the filmmaker - who has two young children with Aaron along with two daughters from her previous marriage - refused to reveal what role Aaron would be playing.

The Fall's Jamie Dornan will be playing Christian Grey in the film, opposite Dakota Johnson - daughter of Melanie Griffiths and Don Johnson - as his lover Anastasia Steele.

Sam said: " It's going good. I'm editing it right now, so I'm deep in the thick of it."

Asked if the film had turned out the way she wanted she replied: "Absolutely. Yeah. I'm excited."

The film is due for release on Valentine's Day, 2015.

Your Horoscopes by Russell Grant

Capricorn:

Your dry humour will be very popular. It's always difficult bringing a large group of people together. Everybody feels like they are walking on eggshells. After cracking a few jokes, you'll put the group at ease. Resist the temptation to make fun of relatives, especially the more sensitive members of the group. Nobody likes feeling singled out. Watching a light hearted comedy can also be a great way to generate a festive atmosphere. This is a time when people can put their differences aside.More
