Charlize Theron is apparently in talks to star in Seth MacFarlane's western comedy A Million Ways To Die In The West.
The Oscar-winning South African actress is in "final negotiations" to take a role in the movie by the Ted filmmaker, who will star in as well as direct and co-write the movie, reported Heat Vision blog.
The Snow White And The Huntsman star is tipped to play the wife of a "notorious outlaw" who offers to teach a farmer - portrayed by Seth - how to shoot, but "complications ensue" when he falls for her.
Seth, who is set to host the Oscars ceremony in February, has already co-written the script alongside Ted and Family Guy writers Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild.
Production on A Million Ways To Die In The West is expected to begin in May.
Charlize, who won a best actress Oscar for her performance as serial killer Aileen Wuornos in Monster, has finished filming Mad Max: Fury Road and is attached to a remake of Park Chan-wook's Sympathy For Lady Vengeance.
