Charlize Theron is set to star in and co-produce upcoming revenge movie Sympathy For Lady Vengeance.
The Snow White And The Huntsman actress has signed up for the third film in Park Chan-wook's acclaimed trilogy, about a woman who seeks revenge after completing a prison sentence for a murder she didn't commit, Variety reported.
Charlize's production company will also co-produce the film, which has been adapted by The Departed's William Monahan.
William said: "This will be very American - and very unexpected. Park is a genius; it's the Everest of adaptations, and I've got blood in my teeth to do it."
Charlize has wrapped filming on action movie Mad Max: Fury Road alongside Tom Hardy.
