Theron to make Everything Nice

Charlize Theron is planning to produce a movie adaptation of Ellen Shanman's novel Everything Nice.

The Oscar-winning actress will produce with her Denver And Delilah Films partners Beth Kono and AJ Dix and could also star in the film, reported Deadline.

It follows an advertising exec called Michaela who gets fired and can only find a new job teaching life skills to teenagers, a role she is ill-suited for. She also has to move back home with her widowed dad.

Charlize, who scooped an Academy Award for Monster in 2003, was last seen on the big screen in 2012's Prometheus.

The 38-year-old actress' other upcoming films include A Million Ways To Die In The West and Mad Max: Fury Road.
