Toni Collette heads to Glassland

Toni Collette has signed up for indie drama Glassland.

The Enough Said actress will be heading to Ireland to shoot the movie, reported Screen Daily.

Rising Irish actor Jack Reynor has also been cast in the Dublin-set film, alongside We're The Millers star Will Poulter and Luther actor Michael Smiley.

Glassland - directed by Gerard Barrett - will follow a taxi driver played by Jack "who gets tangled up in the world of human trafficking while trying to save his mother (Toni) from addiction".

Toni, 41, has several films coming up including comedy Tammy and 3D stop motion comedy-adventure The Boxtrolls.

Jack, 21, will star as a race car driver in the next Transformers film, Age Of Extinction.

Production on Glassland is due to start in January.
