Luke Treadaway has revealed that he had to smarten up for his next film.
The actor plays a 1930s fop in forthcoming film Cheerful Weather For The Wedding, which is based on a novella by Bloomsbury writer Julia Strachey.
Explaining the film, Luke said: "It's Felicity Jones' character's wedding day and her former lover - moi - rocks up in time to put an end to it and it goes from there. It's a kind of 1930s English comedy of manners, it's very quirky."
The actor, who can next be seen on screen playing trustafarian stoner Brewis in Joe Cornish's film Attack The Block, said doing a period piece was a nice change for him.
He said: "I get to wear a proper suit and am clean shaven with slick backed hair - it's a complete departure for me and very different from Brewis."
