Tyler doubts Arwen's Hobbit return
Liv Tyler doesn't think she will be included in The Hobbit movie.
The actress played Elf princess Arwen in the first two Lord Of The Rings films, but doubts she would get the opportunity to reprise the royal role for Peter Jackson's prequel, which has begun filming in New Zealand.
"I wish I could go to New Zealand, that would be amazing but I don't think it's going to happen. I think I would have heard by now," she told Collider.com.
"I know that Arwen is very much not in The Hobbit, Arwen is barely in the other books but as far as I know, I think I would have heard. I haven't read The Hobbit, but it's all about Bilbo, isn't it?" she continued.
Liv - who returns to the big screen in James Gunn's dark comedy Super alongside Ellen Page and Kevin Bacon - added: "I haven't heard from anybody. That makes me feel kind of sad. Does everybody else get to go back and I don't?"
While Liv may not be on board for The Hobbit, Martin Freeman is set to portray Bilbo Baggins in the two-part film. He will be joined by Ian McKellan as Gandalf, Andy Serkis as Gollum, Cate Blanchett as Galadriel and Christopher Lee as Saruman.
