UTV will be available in high definition (HD) on Freeview HD from next Wednesday (October 24) as the Digital Switchover takes place.
UTV HD, currently available on the Virgin network, will be Channel 103 on the Freeview HD service.
UTV managing director Michael Wilson said: “Now that DSO is finally here, we can introduce UTV HD on Freeview HD so our audience can enjoy all their favourite soaps, drama and sport in glorious high definition.”
