The Wayward Cloud / I Don't Want to Sleep Alone (NC)

This double bill offers an introduction to Taiwan art-house director Tsai Ming-Liang, though how many new fans they will make here is doubtful.

The Wayward Cloud explores the relationship between two porn stars during a water shortage, and features the most explicit use of a watermelon ever filmed. I Don't Want to Sleep Alone is even more opaque, recounting the tale of a love triangle in Kuala Lumpur. Music interlaces the action, which proceeds mostly without words, expression or, regrettably, interest.

Virgo:

Be assertive about your needs. It's time to stop deferring to the pushier people in your crowd. You have an opportunity to land a good job, embark on a romance or showcase your talent. Don't hesitate to elbow your way past a rival. The person you want to impress will admire your strong stance. Turn a deaf ear to some disturbing gossip. The troublemaker who is spreading this story is just a jealous rival. Beware of tarnishing an innocent person's reputation.More
