Aerosmith are set to tour with Slash this year, it has been confirmed.

The I Don't Want To Miss A Thing rockers, fronted by Steven Tyler, will hit the road with the former Guns N' Roses guitar player this summer.

The tour had already been rumoured, but Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry has now revealed in a YouTube video that it is definitely going ahead.

He said: ''A couple of days ago I tweeted that we were going out on the road this summer with Slash and now it's absolutely official, tickets will be going on sale real soon.

''The name of the tour is Let Rock Rule and you're going to be hearing a little more of that coming up real soon, see you then.''

He also tweeted a link to the video captioned: "It's official! We're going out on the road this summer with Slash! #LetRockRule," which Slash retweeted.

Dates and venue details have yet to be finalised, but are expected to be unveiled later this month.

A cherished dream is elusive. It will be best to change gear, at least for the immediate future. Pursue a moneymaking opportunity with creative appeal. Getting paid to exercise your imagination will lift your spirits. By the time you finish this assignment, you may be in better condition to pursue your primary goal. A brilliant idea for operating on a shoestring budget will come. At that point, nothing will stand between you and success. Stay calm and take things one step at a time.More
