Barlow and Jessie J to perform live
X Factor judge Gary Barlow and The Voice star Jessie J will put aside their talent show rivalry to perform live at an awards ceremony next month.
The X Factor supremo Simon Cowell is currently locked in a ratings battle which has seen one of his other shows, ITV1's Britain's Got Talent, go up against The Voice on Saturday nights.
Cowell has said his decision to "nick" former Strictly Come Dancing judge Alesha Dixon was in response to the BBC putting up The Voice as "a competing show to X Factor".
Reggie Yates, who co-hosts The Voice on BBC One, said his show was "more credible" than other talent shows which was widely seen as a jibe at The X Factor.
But the pair will put their differences aside and be joined by Alexandra Burke at the Sony Radio Academy Awards which is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
John Myers, the Chairman of the awards organising committee, said: "Radio has always played a pivotal role in developing music careers and we are delighted to have three of the brightest shining talents in the UK perform live and help us celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Awards."
The event will be held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on Monday May 14 and will be hosted by Chris Evans.
Evans and Absolute's Christian O'Connell will battle it out for the hotly contested breakfast show honours at this year's event and the pair will also face each other in the music radio personality of the year category.
