Whitney Houston's friend BeBe Winans has revealed he is penning a book about the late singer.
The gospel singer - who performed at the star's funeral - announced that his book, The Whitney I Knew, is due out on July 31.
The book promises what is described as "heart-breaking accounts that led to her ultimate defeat". It will also include photos and personal videos of the singer never released to the public.
BeBe and his family were long-time friends of Whitney, who died in February at the age of 48.
Authorities called her death an accidental drowning, complicated by heart disease and cocaine use.
