Bieber claimed broken foot - police

Justin Bieber told police he had injured his foot skateboarding

Justin Bieber claimed after a drink test that he was suffering from a hairline fracture in his right foot, according to police in Florida.

The pop star told an officer he had injured his foot skateboarding three months earlier, The Miami Beach Police Department documents show.

The officer noted leg tremors while Justin was performing the walking test following his January 23 arrest on charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and possession of an invalid licence.

The police report also quotes Justin as saying he was not drag racing before being stopped in a Lamborghini. He was quoted as saying he was just having fun with his millions of dollars in the bank.

Justin has pleaded not guilty.
