Justin Bieber has apparently written a song for his girlfriend Selena Gomez.
The teen heartthrob - who has been stepping out with actress and singer Selena for a year and a half - played the track for fellow chart star Will.i.am when they were on the same flight from Los Angeles to Toronto.
Will, who has previously worked with Justin, talked about the song in an interview with New Music Live, saying he had been asleep on the plane when the Baby singer woke him up to play him the song.
"The song was dope," he said. "He was like, 'Yeah, I wrote it for Selena.' It's great. And it was really awesome. It was really, really dope."
The Black Eyed Peas star said he was pleased that Justin was also getting into the songwriting and producing side of the music industry.
"I think that guy is going to be around for a really really long time," he added.
