Blur have signed up for a string of European dates next year, only weeks after frontman Damon Albarn said their Hyde Park gig would probably be their last.
The band, who headlined the 2012 Games closing concert on August 12, have announced gigs in Belgium, Spain and Portugal.
Speaking before the Hyde Park gig, Damon said he thought it would be the band's last hurrah.
Asked if the Britpop quartet would play again, he told The Guardian newspaper: "No, not really ... I hope that's the truth, that that's how we end it."
This is not the first time the band have had a change of heart after apparently reaching the end of the road.
Many followers assumed they bowed out for good in 2003 after releasing their seventh album, Think Tank. But they reformed in 2009 for a series of festivals around the world, including a headline slot at Glastonbury.
In February bass player Alex James hinted that Blur's performance at this year's Brit Awards could be their final one, saying there was a feeling it could be the "last bow". But only a day later they were revealed as the main act at the BT London Live concert which also featured The Specials and New Order.
Blur, who released their debut album 21 years ago, racked up 13 top 10 hits including two number ones but fell apart after Think Tank was released, by which point guitarist Graham Coxon had left.
