Cirque Du Soleil's Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour, P!nk, Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band and Rhianna rounded out the top five.

Dutch violinist Andre Rieu was the only classical musician only the list, claiming 20th spot after raking in 49,983,266 dollars (£30.7 million) during his 70 performances.
