Susan Boyle found herself seeing double as she came face to face with herself at Madame Tussauds.
The singing sensation waxed lyrical about the £150,000 model as it went on display in Blackpool.
"What can you say? They have done a very good job. It feels fantastic," she said.
"It was such a great process to be involved in and it looks very realistic."
The model is on display at the new Madame Tussauds attraction, which opens for the first time on Thursday in the Lancashire resort.
Susan, 50, gingerly eyed her wax lookalike as it was unveiled before posing alongside the model for photographers, joking: "She's doing a better job than me!"
The Scot was catapulted from obscurity to global stardom after appearing on the 2009 Britain's Got Talent contest.
Asked who she would like her waxwork to stand alongside today, she giggled there was only one person she would choose.
"Who did I want to dream about, Simon Cowell of course," she laughed. "It would be Simon Cowell, no doubt about that."
The wax model wore an elegant black outfit donated by the singer, which she wore in the video for her version of The Rolling Stones' hit Wild Horses. It will stand in the Big Night In area of the attraction, alongside the likes of Bruce Forsyth, Gok Wan and Alan Carr.
