Bunton: Spice Girls reunion a no-no

Emma Bunton said a Spice Girls reunion was a 'no-no' at the moment

Emma Bunton has told Spice Girls fans not to expect the girlband to reunite any time soon, insisting there is "nothing in the pipeline."

Mel C recently fuelled rumours of a reunion in 2016 to mark the twentieth anniversary of the Spice Girls' hit debut single Wannabe, saying, "you might see a few of us having a little dance about on stage".

And Emma and Mel C recently met up with Victoria Beckham in London to help celebrate her 40th birthday.

But Emma said during an appearance on ITV's Loose Women that there are no plans.

"I keep reading these rumours as well and the thing is, that one isn't true," she said.

"We love being together and hanging out but no, there's nothing in the pipeline as yet I'm afraid, so that's a no-no."

It has been rumoured that while Emma, Mel C, Mel B and Geri Halliwell are keen to perform together again, it is Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, who is holding back as she is busy focusing on her fashion work.

But Emma denied Posh was responsible for the lack of reunion.

She said: "My little one is still only three years old. I can't be going off on tour and doing stuff. We are all doing individual things. I'm on radio every single morning. It's just not feasible at the moment."

Victoria, currently on tour in Asia with her clothing line, tweeted this week: "Stop right now, thank u very much! X song of the day, spice girls, stop."

You could hear some painful things about your behaviour. Instead of getting defensive, be open to changing for the sake of your relationship. Think back to a time when someone you loved worked hard to gain your affection and approval. Pattern your attitude after theirs. Being flexible is more important than being right.More
