Carly Rae goes American for McKee
Carly Rae Jepsen has joined a host of stars including Katy Perry, Nicole Scherzinger and Kesha who cameo in Bonnie McKee's debut music video for her song American Girl.
Songwriter Bonnie, 29, has worked with a string of pop stars including Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Kesha, Kylie Minogue, Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson, Carly Rae Jepsen, Leona Lewis and Adam Lambert. She released her own debut album when she was just 15, but then turned her talents to helping others write hits, co-writing eight number ones including Katy Perry's Teenage Dream and Britney's Hold It Against Me.
Now Bonnie is going solo again and the video for single American Girl features cameos from all her celebrity friends mouthing the words.
Katy Perry pays homage to the all-American girl look, cuddling a teddy bear and wearing pyjamas while Carly rocks out in a cute leather outfit and bowler hat.
Fashion Police stars Kelly Osbourne and Joan Rivers filmed their cameos on the set of the show, and Glee's Jane Lynch is dancing in her dressing room.
Other stars include Taio Cruz, Jason Derulo, Adam Lambert, Lance Bass and Star Trek's George Takei.
