Rita Ora is thought to be in talks to become an X Factor judge

Rita Ora has reportedly met with Simon Cowell to discuss becoming a judge on The X Factor.

The singer was pictured visiting the music mogul's mansion in Los Angeles amid rumours he is hoping to sign her up to become a full-time member of the panel, according to the Daily Mirror.

The 22-year-old singer appeared as a guest judge on the UK talent show last year, and Simon has apparently been trying to sign her up ever since. He was so keen on her appearance he even laid on a luxury private jet so she could make it down for the London shows while she was supporting Coldplay in Coventry.

Rita said at the time she wanted to focus on her own music career, but didn't rule out a full-time role on the show in the future.

She said: "There were talks. But if I were to take on that role it would have to be at a point when I could give it my full attention.

"I have so much to accomplish first and it's kind of a full-time job being on X Factor. It's not like a nine to five. It's constant, for months.

"I love it but if I was to take on a full-time role it would be at a point when I'm loads of albums in."

Your Horoscopes by Russell Grant

Capricorn:

A pragmatist like you prefers to rely on facts and figure to make decisions. The hard data you want will not be available, forcing you to rely on your intuition. You must get in touch with your instincts. Tune in to your body's signals. Your stomach will tell you which direction to take. When it gives a painful twinge, you should change paths. When it flutters with excitement, you should move forward. This will be a surprisingly accurate barometer. Don't disparage it.More
