Debbie Harry joins Arcade Fire

Debbie Harry has made a surprise appearance at Coachella festival, joining Arcade Fire on stage for two songs.

The Blondie singer joined the band on stage during their set to perform her massive hit Heart Of Glass to cheers from the crowd at the Californian music festival.

She then stuck around to continue another duet with Arcade Fire singer Regine Chassagne, this time the band's own song Sprawl II.

Debbie ended her guest appearance by joining in with waving neon ribbons on stage with the rest of the band for their headline slot on April 13.

Coachella takes place over two weekends and Arcade Fire's set closed the final day of the festival's first weekend.

Blondie are set to release Blondie 4(0) Ever on May 12 which includes both their Greatest Hits and their new album, Ghosts Of Download.
