Disclosure still to meet Lorde

Disclosure have admitted their planning for a Brit Awards collaboration with Lorde has mainly taken place over Skype because they've been too busy to meet up.

The duo have been nominated for four awards at the Brits and are due to perform with Kiwi singer Lorde at the ceremony tomorrow night, but told the Daily Star they still hadn't met her.

Howard Lawrence said: "It's been tough getting things ready as we've been on the road. So we've been constantly on the phone with Lorde, organising stuff. It was somebody else's idea to hook up so we haven't even met her yet."

He added it would be a last minute rush to rehearse: "We've only been able to communicate remotely or through Skype because we've been so far away. We get a few hours' rehearsal before the performance so hopefully it will come together."

But Howard said he had at least seen Lorde in action at the Grammys: "She was amazing at the Grammys. That gave us an idea what to expect at the Brits.

"It was a great night. We went to Daft Punk's party afterwards - they had their masks on - and met Pharrell, which was cool."
