Elbow to play at Eden Sessions

Elbow are set to headline this summer's Eden Sessions in Cornwall.

The indie-rock band, fronted by Guy Garvey, will join Brit award winner Ellie Goulding and rapper Dizzee Rascal in the line-up for the festival, which is now in its 13th year.

The Mercury Prize-winning five-piece are expected to perform tracks from their sixth studio album, The Take Off And Landing Of Everything, which gave them their first number one album.

Band member Craig Potter tweeted: "We've just landed in Berlin to news of our first No.1 album. Early nights all round then."

Tickets to the Elbow gig at the Eden Sessions will go on sale to residents of Cornwall and Devon at 4pm on March 25, before being released to the general public at 6pm on April 22.
