Eoghan gets tour invite from Boyzone

Eoghan Quigg could star alongside Irish pop giants Boyzone on their UK and Ireland arena tour next year.

Over 15 million viewers tuned in to last week’s show when Eoghan was joined on stage by the popular boy band while he belted out their hit, Picture Of You. And he impressed them so much they issued a personal invitation to the 16-year-old to join them on their two-month tour.

Singer Ronan Keating revealed the news on Friday night during a Boyzone Special on RTE’s Late Late Show.

And Eoghan, who joined the band on stage, told host Pat Kenny he would love to be included in the tour, which kicks off in Belfast on May 24.

Meanwhile, Eoghan is to appear in the X Factor stars tour starting on February 24 in Aberdeen and including a sell-out night in the Odyssey Arena.
