Example has said he's been forced to cancel gigs on doctor's orders.
The rapper, who has tendonitis of the Achilles and calf muscles, tweeted a picture of himself with a brace on his foot.
He told his fans: "Today I was told I need to apply an ice pack to my Achilles six times a day for 20 mins a time, every day for 14 days. Imagine the excitement!"
He added: "I'm lying on my front with bags of frozen peas on my legs. That's me for most of the day."
Example later tweeted a picture of a brace on his foot, saying: "This is me all day every day for the next few weeks."
He then told his fans: "Have had to cancel a few gigs over the next few weeks. I can barely walk."
He joked: "I wish I could do my shows sat on a throne like Jessie J did but hey - Nobody's Perfect.
"My shows rely on a lot of energy and bouncing around like a lunatic which I can't do at the moment. Doctors have told me to rest."
According to reports, no UK dates have so far been affected.
