Fergie opens up about motherhood

Fergie has revealed she is still trying to find her "footing" when it comes to being a mum.

The Black Eyed Peas singer and actor husband Josh Duhamel became parents when they welcomed son Axl in August, and the star revealed motherhood is more important to her than anything else.

She told In Touch magazine: "I'm still trying to find my footing and balance it all. I think all new moms can relate to that."

The singer - who celebrated Axl's first Christmas with her family in the US - also revealed that she has made some style changes since giving birth.

"I'm wearing lower heels when I hold my son - it's definitely more comfortable," said the 38-year-old.

And the Glamorous singer has also changed her trademark sharp manicure.

"I've softened the point," she explained.
