Flo: Album sales don't bother me
Flo Rida has insisted he is not worried about disappointing album sales.
The 30-year-old rapper has sold hit singles by the truckload, but his latest album, Only One Flo (Part 1), debuted at just number 107 in the US charts earlier this month.
You're trying to sell records, sell singles - do it all. But I'm not too fond of even just worrying about that," he said.
"The most important thing is just, you know, connecting with the fans on a worldwide basis because a lot of times you'll see numbers and that doesn't play a part in the whole worldwide numbers."
The 30-year-old said selling millions of singles was just as good as selling millions of albums.
"When you look at the numbers it definitely ... adds up to that," he said.
"So I'm doing pretty good."
Flo has also created his own label, International Music Group.
