Grimshaw nods off with animal docs

Nick Grimshaw is getting to sleep with the help of nature documentaries

Nick Grimshaw has told how he's replaced partying with Sir David Attenborough's animal documentaries since taking over from Chris Moyles on the Radio 1 breakfast show.

The DJ, known for hanging out with celeb mates like Kate Moss, Pixie Geldof and Harry Styles, has to go to bed by 9.30pm to get enough sleep with his new, early-morning starts.

Grimmy, 28, was quoted as saying in The Sun: "I've been trying to watch animal programmes like Blue Planet and other David Attenborough things. Anything stressful like Celebrity Juice or Drugs Live doesn't work. I've tried that.

"I find it insane to go to bed at 9.30pm. I got to bed the other night and Zane Lowe was still on the radio."

Grimmy, who will present a show with One Direction star Harry on Saturday, said: "Harry's actually being bad and hasn't sent me any of the music he wants to play."

Gemini:

You're anxious to put a plan into motion. Fortunately, you are able to charm a few reluctant holdouts into doing things your way. If you've developed a crush on someone, now is the time to confess it. Harbouring these feelings in secret will only make you miserable. It looks as if the prospects for a relationship are good, so long as your intentions are honourable. Playing with a person's heart will backfire miserably. Make sure your feelings are deep and true before embarking on an affair.More
