Injured Zutons drop out of festival

The Zutons have had to pull out of the festival

The Zutons have pulled out of Harvest At Jimmy's festival - because their bassist is still recovering from surgery.

The indie rockers were due to headline on September 11, but decided to withdraw following bassist Russell Pritchard's surgery on a serious knee injury.

The Liverpool band apologised to festival-goers, saying: "We are gutted at having to pull out of Harvest at Jimmy's - it's awful for Russ and we're all sad not to make it, hopefully we might be able to perform next year instead and see all of you for a great night."

They continued: "We know that the festival will still be a roaring success and wish everyone a fantastic time."

Scouting For Girls will now take the stage on the Saturday, while Alan Pownall will headline on Sunday.

Harvest At Jimmy's festival, hosted by the star of BBC 2's Jimmy's Farm Jimmy Doherty, takes place at his farm in Ipswich, Suffolk, on September 11 and September 12.

Gemini:

You never do anything in moderation. Attend every fun party, accept every juicy offer and try all the delectable treats spread before you. Avoid unpleasant people and activities like the plague. This should be a time of enjoyment. Leave your list of chores at home. You can always attend to these jobs at another time. If you have a chance to show your creative work to a publisher, manager or agent, go ahead. This is also a great opportunity to go on job interviews, auditions and first dates.More
