Justin Bieber wowed fans as he kicked off the UK leg of his world tour in Manchester.
The teen heartthrob swooped onto the stage wearing a massive pair of musical wings, formed of symbols, piano keys and guitars.
Justin tweeted afterwards: "MANCHESTER... i like u. doing it again tomorrow. #BELIEVEtour."
The 18-year-old Baby singer sent fans in Manchester into a frenzy of Belieber fever as they tried to find out where he was staying so they could get close to their idol.
A radio station claimed Justin was staying at the Lowry Hotel, which police denied on Twitter in a bid to control crowds. But hordes of young fans were seen camping outside the hotel in the hope of catching a glimpse of the star up close.
The night before the show, Justin was spotted watching Justin Timberlake perform a post-Brits gig at the Kentish Town Forum in London. He was pictured leaving the gig with a blonde and a brunette in his car, one of whom the MailOnline claims to be 17-year-old British singer Ella Paige.
Justin later tweeted: "up all last night writing. very very tired... gonna rest up."
