Kane on Shadow Puppets' return

Miles Kane has said it could be years before The Last Shadow Puppets release another album.

The singer, who is in the supergroup with Arctic Monkeys star Alex Turner, is about to release his second solo album, Don't Forget Who You Are, in June.

Asked whether there could be a new album from The Last Shadow Puppets in the offing, he said: "I've been answering the question about another album with Al for the past five years and I know it's a sign of affection.

"The thing is, the longer we leave it, the more people seem to want it, so maybe we'll leave it for years and years. Whenever we hit it again, it'll be really special."

:: Miles Kane releases his second solo album, Don't Forget Who You Are, on Monday, June 3. His UK tour begins tonight (May 4).
