Kanye calls out Nike exec in gig

Kanye West has vented his anger at Nike during one of the gigs on his tour.

The Bound 2 rapper took on the role of a preacher while on stage in Nashville, Tennessee and talked to the crowd about following a dream, saying her felt some companies had tried to keep him from expressing himself fully.

He then launched into criticism of Nike and one of their executives, going on to sing about his frustration with them.

Kanye said: "Do you know who the head of Nike is? No, well let me tell you who he is: His name is Mark Parker, and he just lost culture. Everyone at Nike, everyone at Nike, Mark Parker just let go of culture."

The fiance of Kim Kardashian recently said he was partnering with Adidas, after disagreements with Nike over his Air Yeezy trainer which he released in 2009.

He then sang: "I talked to the head of Disney today and I talked to the head of Louis Vuitton today. I swear to God on my life, I talked to them both today. I swear to God I talked to them both, and they wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. I said, 'I want to talk about something that isn't turkey day. I want to talk about something different. I want to talk about dreaming.'"
