Kanye for Made In America fest

Jay Z has called on close friend Kanye West to headline his Budweiser Made In America festival.

Kanye, who is currently gearing up for his wedding with Kim Kardashian, will perform at the two-day event in Philadelphia, which is held over America's Labor Day weekend.

Kings Of Leon, Pharrell and Tiesto are also on the bill for the festival on August 30 and August 31. Other artists to take the stage include the National, De La Soul, Steve Aoki, J Cole, Girl Talk and Awolnation.

Rapper Jay Z will expand the festival with performances also taking place in Los Angeles for the first time since its launch in 2012.

John Mayer, Imagine Dragons, Juanes, Kendrick Lamar, Afrojack and Weezer will perform in Grand Park in Los Angeles.
