Katy Perry says her music makes her feel like a nice person.
The brunette beauty released her album Teenage Dream last year, which spawned singled such as California Gurls and Firework. The 26-year-old is proud of the record as she believes it is sending out the right message.
“I feel like I’m on the right path with my music. It makes me feel like a nice person,” she said.
Teenage Dream debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart, and also topped the list in the UK and Australia.
Despite her phenomenal music success, the pop star is always amazed when her songs are hits.
“No, I’m not an entitled little b***h or anything! I still get excited” she told more! magazine. “I was really excited about Firework going to number one, because it was a song that meant so much to me.”
