Katy Perry has been voted No 1 in Maxim's 2010 Hot 100 list.
The I Kissed A Girl singer beat Victoria's Secret model Brooklyn Decker to the top spot in the list of the sexiest celebrity women.
Avatar star Zoe Saldana was voted third, beating Gossip Girl's Blake Lively, who was fourth, while Transformers actress Megan Fox fell three places to No 5.
Also in the Top 10 were Rihanna, George Clooney's girlfriend Italian model and actress Elisabetta Canalis, Iron Man 2's Olivia Munn, Kim Kardashian and Victoria's Secret model Marisa Miller.
Meanwhile, Marisa, 31, who has been modelling since she was 16, topped FHM's Sexiest Women In The World 2010 global poll.
Katy Perry was only voted 37th by FHM readers.
Cheryl Cole was No 1 in FHM's UK poll, where Marisa only came third.
