Cher Lloyd has thanked her fans for their support after bottles were thrown at her while she was performing at the V Festival.
The former X Factor contestant walked off stage during her set at Hylands Park in Chelmsford, Essex after she was booed by some members of the crowd and people started throwing bottles at her.
The 19-year-old tweeted after the show: "Thank you so much for all the nice messages, shame that a couple of people had to ruin it, unfortunately a glass bottle got thrown at me on stage."
The Want U Back singer - who returned to the Arena Stage and finished her show after taking a few minutes to compose herself - continued: "Tomorrow is another day, big love to my brats!!! Xxx"
