A man has been charged with trespassing after his weekend arrest at the home of Miley Cyrus.
Jason Luis Rivera was charged on Monday with two counts of trespassing and one count of resisting arrest, said a Los Angeles attorney's spokesman.
River was arrested early on Saturday by police who said he attempted to force himself into Miley's home.
Police said at the time he was carrying a pair of scissors and claimed to be a friend of the singer and actress.
Jail records showed the 40-year-old was being held on bail of 1,000 US dollars (£625).
