Michael Buble has revealed his wife is having a boy, but vowed not to call him Frank.

The 37-year-old singer and Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato, 25, are expecting their first child together, due in August.

Michael told The New York Post: "We are so excited. We have just come from the hospital, and the sonogram was pretty clear, it's a boy! We are thrilled."

He added: "But there's no way we are going to call him Frank, even if it did work well for Frank Sinatra."

The Canadian crooner has sold millions of albums, and his new record To Be Loved is released in April. But Michael admitted he's less concerned with his future sales these days, thanks to impending fatherhood.

"I used to worry about how the single would do and how the record would sell. And the truth is, I love this record. I'm so proud of it. But, at the end of the day, if it sells 10 million or 10 copies, I've got bigger fish to fry," he insisted. "I've got a wife and a kid I love very much."

Michael married Luisana in 2011. He previously dated British actress Emily Blunt for three years until 2008.

His new single It's A Beautiful Day is about a man who is happy because his failing romantic relationship has finally ended.

Asked who inspired the song, Michael quipped: "Harry Styles. He left me for Taylor [Swift]. I'll be writing about her, too, soon."

Gemini:

Someone will break a promise to you, which is disappointing. Don't let this setback stop you from crossing the finish line. You may have to submit an entry late or attend the last few minutes of a meeting, but take heart. Rallying in the midst of difficult circumstances will count in your favour. Someone else may get a job or scholarship, but you'll be in the running for the next opportunity. In the meantime, have an alternative plan ready when relying on others for help.More
