Singer Morrissey's health woes have continued after he contracted double pneumonia, causing a further setback during his US tour.
The former Smiths star cancelled another concert as a result of his latest illness, on the back of a number of postponed performances.
Last month he pulled a string of shows, most of which have been rescheduled, as he received treatment for a bleeding ulcer and a condition which can in some cases lead to cancer.
His pneumonia was revealed in an online message, but he is still scheduled to perform on Thursday at the Vive Latino festival in Mexico City.
Last month it was explained that he pulled the plug on shows because he was "undergoing treatment for a bleeding ulcer and Barrett's oesophagus" and needed to rest.
He jokingly posted a message online in February which said: "There are now no known ailments left for me to try."
