Tom Odell is set to take to the stage at this year's Brits nominations launch.
The 22-year-old singer-songwriter, who has been named the Brits Critics' Choice winner of the year, will perform at the glitzy event at The Savoy in London on January 10.
He will also receive his award from 2012 winner Emeli Sande at the launch, ahead of the Brits ceremony on February 20. In previous years, the gong has been presented at the main awards show.
Jessie Ware, who released her debut album Devotion last August to critical acclaim, will also sing at the launch, which Radio 1 Breakfast Show DJ Nick Grimshaw will host.
Tom was announced as the winner of the Critics' Choice award in December, beating AlunaGeorge and Laura Mvula.
His win sees him following in the footsteps of Adele, Emeli and Jessie J who have all gone on to enjoy huge success.
"I genuinely can't believe it. Thank you so much. Looking at the list of female artists who have won the award already, I just hope I don't let the boys down," he said.
James Corden is returning as host of the Brits, which take place at London's O2 Arena.
