Ora's advice from Beyonce, Jay Z

Rita Ora says Beyonce and Jay Z have always offered her good advice

Rita Ora has said her celebrity pals Beyonce and Jay Z always have plenty of good advice for her.

The How We Do singer told Heat she had been scared to meet music's power couple, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice they were.

She said of meeting Beyonce for the first time: "Oh my gosh, I was so scared. She's like the idol I've always wanted to meet. I always thought she wasn't human and that she just plugged herself into a socket at night and sleeps standing up, or something.

"But she was incredible - so kind, so honest, so caring and so approachable."

The singer continued about Beyonce's rapper husband Jay Z: "He smells like a clean tree. Like, so clean and fresh."

Rita, who is dating Calvin Harris, also named Jay Z when asked who the best celebrity contact in her phone was.

She said: "I think the best would probably be Jay, just because he always tells me something that I need to hear every time I talk to him.

"He's always so kind. I've learned a lot from him."

Sometimes this sensitivity can inhibit you from doing what you really want. You're afraid of offending people with your bold ideas. Instead of repressing your instincts, obey them. If you've developed a romantic interest in someone special, make your move. Playing the aggressor will boost your confidence. Keep your conversations light and playful.More
