Prof Green's 'strange' adventure

Professor Green had to rely on help from his fans

Professor Green has described his latest adventure as "strange" and "weird".

The rapper, whose real name is Stephen Manderson, has been taking part in BlackBerry Live And Lost, which saw him being dropped off in a remote location in Scotland with only £20 and a BlackBerry Torch 9800 - he then had to find his way back to London with the help of fans.

"It's really strange, it's the weirdest thing I've ever been a part of. The whole thing is just crazy," he revealed.

"I've been completely self-sufficient since I was a teenager, so to have that taken away from me had made me feel vulnerable. I'm shy too, and it's been a push for me to be dependent on people I don't even know. I've been shocked at how nice my fans have been."

Prof Green's antics included getting a ride from a farmer on his tractor, dressing up as Santa Claus and organising a snowball fight.

"I nearly killed myself sledging. So much has happened, it's been non-stop," he recalled.

"I had to go shark diving for a fan, but I was scared senseless because these are not small sharks - they are big enough to kill a person. It was a wicked experience."

Despite suffering in freezing cold temperatures, the 27-year-old would do it all again.

"It'd be nice to do it in the summer," he said.
