Broadcaster KBS has blacklisted Psy’s new music video for Gentleman because Psy can be seen 'abusing public property'.

In the opening sequence the rapper kicks a traffic cone that says “No parking” before laughing uproariously and pointing at the camera.

An anonymous statement released by the broadcaster today said the scene doesn’t meet its high public standards as a broadcaster.

Gentleman was published on YouTube on Saturday and has already been watched more than 145,000 times.

It follows the success of the South Korean rapper’s Gangnam Style which has become the most-watched video on YouTube with 1.5 billion hits.
