Heidi Range has revealed she feels much more comfortable about her body image now than she did when she was starting out in the Sugababes.
The singer, who turns 30 next year, admitted she wasn't always confident about her looks.
When asked what advice she would give to her younger self, she said: "Give yourself a break, stop stressing about things. Especially being in the public eye and people scrutinising the way you look, you really stress about it when you're younger.
"That's something that I like about getting older, you kind of feel comfortable in your own skin."
Heidi - who recently posted a snap of herself looking svelte in a bikini on holiday in Ibiza - added: "I kind of for years went through stages where I'd work out, and then I wouldn't, and now I do exercise every week, I work with a trainer three times a week and more than anything it's good for you mentally, you can let off steam and you just feel healthier, and good about yourself."
The Sugababe split with fiance Dave Berry last year after eight years together and said single life was going fine.
"I'm just enjoying going out with my friends and having a good time, I went to Ibiza with my sister and my friends and that was good," she said.
