Rylan wows crowd at X Factor tour

Rylan Clark joined The X Factor tour after his CBB win

Rylan Clark opened the X Factor tour just a day after winning Celebrity Big Brother - despite having barely any sleep.

The 24-year-old - who was allowed to leave the CBB house to take part in rehearsals for the tour - kicked off the show at Manchester's MEN Arena with his rendition of Psy's Gangnam Style, which earned him screams of approval from the crowd.

The Essex boy, who also performed a Spice Girls medley with his usual flamboyant style, later revealed he hadn't had much shut eye the night before but that starting the tour was a blast.

"Great start to the tour! And all on 45 minutes sleep!!!! Missing my CBB family x" he wrote.

X Factor winner James Arthur also proved popular with the crowd, and performed several tracks including his number one hit Impossible.

Several other stars from the last series of the singing show were on stage, including Jahmene Douglas, Union J and teen sensation Ella Henderson, who wowed the audience with her rendition of Cher's Believe.

Rylan was crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother on Friday night, after triumphing over the likes of US reality TV stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt and Steps singer Claire Richards.

He got friendly with Claire while he was on the show and there have now been reports that he might support Steps on their next tour.

Band member Ian 'H' Watkins seemed to confirm the rumours by tweeting: "@RylanClark to support @OfficialSteps on our next tour !!!!!!!"
