Nitin Sawhney has revealed he is recording more music with Joss Stone.

The Mobo-winning British musician teamed up with Joss for a song on his latest album One Zero and said it went so well that he is collaborating with the soul sensation again.

"She's really laid back, a really nice person and easy going. I have been recording other things with her too," he said.

Asked how their partnership came about, Nitin explained: "I met her and asked her, basically. She was going around the world, and had heard I'd done a similar thing so she came to see me to talk about it. That's when I suggested we work on some music together."

Nitin's new album, which was recorded direct to vinyl, spans songs from his career.

"It was difficult because I have a lot to choose from, including new songs from my next album," he said.

"The idea behind One Zero is that it's my 10th album, hence One Zero, and it's past, present and future performed unplugged. I wanted to have a strong representation of tracks from my whole career. I didn't want to leave anything out."

Pisces:

It's sometimes difficult for a retiring person like you to showcase your talent. You are tired of being eclipsed by pushy rivals. By showing your work to the right people, you can finally gain the fame and acclaim you deserve. Fortunately, an influential friend, neighbour or colleague can set up an interview or introduction. An important executive or critic will be impressed by your efforts. If you're offered an unpaid position as an intern or apprentice, take it. This will lead to professional opportunities you couldn't find through other channels.More
