Nicole Scherzinger has revealed she is recording some new music.
The former Pussycat Doll and X Factor judge posted a photo of herself in the recording studio in Miami with producer Christopher 'Tricky' Stewart.
"Studio making #magic w/@trickystewart mr_joshstewart @jacksonxjoshua," she wrote.
It sparked speculation that Nicole is working on her second album, the follow-up to her 2011 debut, Killer Love. She released a single Boomerang, produced by Will.i.am, which entered the singles chart at number six.
Tricky previously had hits with Rihanna's Umbrella, Beyonce's Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) and Britney Spears and Madonna's Me Against The Music.
Nicole, who has teamed up with Missguided to design a 30-piece fashion range, has said that the album would be "energetic" and "uplifting".
"A lot of the stuff that we've recorded so far is dance. Compared to Killer Love this one is sounding a lot more energetic, uplifting, fun. I'm still working on it though - finding those missing pieces and those honest tracks for the fans," she told Digital Spy.
The 35-year-old added: "I really let down my guard and showed my true colours on my songs. My favourite songs are the ones that really come from the heart."
