Sheeran: I jammed with actor Cohen

Ed Sheeran enjoyed his celebrity-filled Thanksgiving

Ed Sheeran has revealed that he had a very chilled-out Thanksgiving with Jennifer Aniston and Sacha Baron Cohen.

The 22-year-old singer spent the traditional American holiday with the actress and her celebrity guests including the Ali G star and Courteney Cox at her Los Angeles home, and admitted it all happened quite spontaneously.

"I finished in studio and I called up my friend. He was like, 'I'm at Jen's house and we're just having a chill hang so I was like, 'OK'," he told E! News.

"Then I turned up... and they're having a proper Thanksgiving meal and I'm there and I think I was wearing my board shorts or something. It was fun."

Ed, who previously stayed at Courteney's Malibu beach home, said it was quite a mellow celebration, although he got to jam with Sacha.

"I ate a lot of food, drank a lot of wine and played a lot of songs," he said.

"Courteney set up like a PA system and I did a show there. It was very random. One of my all time favourite actors and comedians, Sacha Baron Cohen, was there and we ended up jamming and he did like a rap in Arabic and stuff. It was very funny," the singer added.

Ed, who has contributed a song to the second Hobbit film, The Desolation Of Smaug, was previously snapped in a photo with Jennifer and her manager, Aleen Keshishian.

"Happythanksgiving #jenniferaniston @aleenkeshishian #edsheeran," she wrote.
