Styles working with Snow Patrol

Harry Styles has been working with Snow Patrol

Harry Styles has been working on new material with Snow Patrol, it has been revealed.

The singer teamed up with Gary Lightbody and co to pen some songs - but an insider has assured fans it doesn't mean Harry is planning to go solo and that the tracks are for One Direction, reported The Sun.

Snow Patrol frontman Gary said: "We wrote with Harry. It was a lot of fun. He's a real dude actually.

"We've no idea if those songs will make it yet, though. It's a long process. It's great to work with other people - it's good to flex the muscle."

A group source said Harry's new venture is all about his band.

"One Direction always work solo with writers and are doing the same for the new album. It saves time, which is so precious for a band under their pressures," said the insider.

"The tracks Harry worked on with Gary are 100 per cent for the new One Direction album - and not a solo album."

Virgo:

It's difficult to deal with a highly competitive colleague. Every time you submit work, they try to find ways to outperform you. Although you have no interest in pitting your talent against theirs, this other person thinks very differently. Ignoring them won't be possible. A good way to disarm this pest is to invite them out for coffee. Describe what you've observed and ask for a truce. Irrational people are often thrown off balance when their behaviour is addressed in a direct manner.More
